Results have improved the reasonable assurance level of MEDCOM Annual Statement of Assurance to OUSD(C) and network-wide improvements over internal controls.

Planned, budgeted and implemented a process control development to streamline brewing operations.

Through an innovative approach, developed and implemented a national remote order entry and depletion reporting system within six months. Implemented an integrated pricing application with more than 40,000 unique prices after attempts by others.

Served in various positions through senior level staff and command assignments focusing on management, training and education, data systems, and administration throughout the United States, Europe and Southeast and Southwest Asia. These positions included Commander of a Cryptographic Maintenance Tng Gp, Cmdr of Student Sq, Cmdr of DoD Military Working Dog Agency, Dir of Training for Field Tng Wg, Command Inspector and Inspection Systems Analyst including Fraud, Waste and Abuse investigations. TS/SCI clearance.
