Development and implementation of the Construction Technologies Associate / dual credit program for the college and Acting as the liaison between MCC and the City of Ft Morgan and the surrounding school districts and the general public in regards to the promotion and sustainability of the program. Other responsibilities included the house design and permitting, material orders and the managing of the local sub-contractors and suppliers to complete our projects on a timely basis; we had to complete a single unit home per year in order to finance the next location.

Worked with the EnCana field offices in Rifle and Rangely Colorado to aid them with their compliance efforts with activities focusing on the DOT 192 and 195 regulations specifically for the Colorado PUC and the Department of Transportation - Office of Pipeline Safety. Performed a review and retrofit of their in-house Welding Program and Compliance Documentation as well.

Maintained compliance within the regulations of DOT, EPA and OSHA for EnCana’s compressor stations and regulated pipelines within the DJ Basin, Initiation and maintenance of the EnCana’s Operator Qualification Program for the DOT regulated pipelines, Integration and coordination of the O&M Manuals throughout the Gas Gathering Groups various field offices, Overseeing of the Welding Program and System mapping as well as acting as the Liaison between the Field Offices and the PUC of Colorado.

Established an ASME Code Shop for Mayo Industries with both the R and U stamp to allow them to build and service ASME coded vessels, provided design and project management for Wagner Equipment Company of Aurora to build stand-by prime powers generation sets, provided project management / design, QA/QC and Welding Inspection for various pipeline projects as well as actively seeking new clients for to ensure the overall growth of both companies (Clients included: Mayo Industries, HS Resources, Public Service Company of Colorado) and worked on several Structural Steel Detailing Projects as well as providing Welding Inspection ( Clients included: Mayo Industries and McLean’s Fabrication).

Initiation of M&I’s first in-house QA/QC program for both their pipeline and structural steel projects, acted as M&I’s in-house Quality Control Manager, responsible for bidding a large majority of their projects related to Pipelines and oversaw several of the field installations. Clients Included: Public Service Company of Colorado and Pipeline Strategies, Inc whose clients included Platte Pipeline, C.I.G., Marathon Pipeline, Red Cedar and Costal Oil and Gas.

General construction coordination, job safety, cost tracking and analysis, general pipeline design work and code / standards interpretation, pipeline integrity (i.e., Smart Pigging and its associated areas), the initiation of the Pipeline Operations and Management Program for Cam West Oil in Riverton Wyoming and Performed several Pipeline Inspection jobs for both Marathon and Platte Pipeline.
