Nieuw merk, merkbelofte, kernwaarden, nieuwe positionering, corporate identity en on- en offline campagnes ontwikkeld om Syncasso als (psychologisch) marktleider in het creditmanagement domein te positioneren. Binnen drie maanden de introductiecampagne incl. alle branding elementen ontwikkeld en het nieuwe merk geïntroduceerd op de belangrijkste vakbeurs, de CreditExpo. Daarmee een naam- en propositie bekendheid onder creditmanagers van 84% gerealiseerd, met extern onderzoek gemeten vier weken na de introductie.

Het VCMB staat voor het Verbond van Credit Management Bedrijven.Het verbond verenigt organisaties die gespecialiseerd zijn in één of meer deelgebieden van creditmanagement.VCMB verenigt de belangrijkste Credit Management organisaties in alle disciplines. Samen vertegenwoordigen zij ongeveer 80% van de markt. Veel van de leden van het VCMB zijn marktleider in hun specialisme. De expertises variëren van debiteurenfinancieringen consultancy tot incassomanagement en kredietverzekering; van debiteurensoftware en debiteureninformatie tot in- of outsourcing van debiteurenbeheer.De leden van het verbond zijn van mening dat het bedrijfsleven het belang van goed creditmanagement onderschat. Hierdoor wordt onnodig risico gelopen op debiteuren en worden kansen tot verbetering van de cash flow te weinig benut.

I left FCB when the merger with Draft was announced to start my own company: Sustainment & Partners. A consultancy for brand and communications management. With an emphasis on Sustainable Integrated Communication and a methodology to add Corporate Social Responsiblity to the brand strategy.Sustainment & Partners is also a virtual agency for the translation of the strategy into creative concepts and implementation of those. Thanks to an extensive network of advertising professionals, it maintains high quality standards for clients like Direktbank, Univé Insurance, Omron Industrial Automation, Gatsometer and many others.

Founder and board member of Jenaplanbasisschool Vlinderbos in Wilnis. Served in different positions a.o. Public Relations, Treasurer and Chairman. Strong believer in transparancy, openness and collaboration. Welding the staff, the parents committee, the parents participation board and the board of directors into one single minded operation that was managed like a company but felt like home for the pupils at the same time.

We took BK&P out of the name when both founders retired and rebranded into Foote, Cone and Belding Amsterdam, to allign with the international positioning. In this period we were very succesfull for our international clients NIVEA, Compaq and Samsung, developing brand strategies and creative concepts that travelled the world.Other major wins (locally) were Yamaha Motors Europe and Kia NL - a brand we repositioned succesfully and helped to exceed all of their sales targets. Kia became a top ten brand in the second year we worked for them.

Bozell was sold world wide to True North, the holding company of FCB. So we merged again with FCB Amsterdam. Internationally and locally the merger was a huge succes, winning clients like Compaq and Samsung - and making very succesful global campaigns for them, with enough creative space for local development. FCB's major international clients were SC Johnson (Pledge, Brise, Shout) and Beiersdorf (NIVEA, 8x4, Eucerin). This merger took us into the international brand strategy arena's of Compaq and NIVEA. I participated in both of their international brand teams.

Bozell BK&P merged Bozell and BK&P into one company. We sold the agency to Bozell, but effectively took over the management. Bozell worked for clients like Chrysler/Jeep, Unisys and retailers like DA/Stip and Carpetland. The merger was succesfull, giving us the size, resources and network needed to pitch and win clients like SNS Bank, Valvoline Europe and KLM Cargo International.

BK&P was an idependent full service communications agency with a strong believe in integrated communications. Preached and practiced. One central creative concept based on a single minded strategy - to be sustained and developed for better results. BK&P serviced A brands like Europeesche Verzekeringen, Cemsto, Direktbank, Van Gend en Loos, 3Com, Koninklijke Notariele Beroepsorganisatie, NOvAA, Internationaal Bloembollen Centrum, Leger des Heils and many others. The agency was reputed and much awarded for clients in the Services Industry and Collective Campaigns.

Zaandam

After spending most of my professional life in the DM industry, I wanted to cross over to general advertising. Shared clients with Brinkerink and UPC introduced me to Siebo Brinkerink, who recently won the Direktbank account and were in need of DM expertise. I joined them and worked for Direktbank, KN Minolta, Nederlands Zuivelbureau, Otis Elevators and many other smaller clients. When Direktbank decided to move on to Blank Knispel and Partners, the client asked me to keep servicing their account.

UPC DMDS at the time was the technology leader in Relational Database Services. Working for Banks like ABN/Amro, major credit cards like Amex and Diners Club. Automotive like MB, BMW and GM. Plus a meriad of smaller, high tech clients. This company was the craddle for later succesfull companies like Datatrans (now part of Cendris) and DM Interface.

Montfoort

DM lettershop and fulfilment house. Small when I started to work there, huge when I left for a new challenge at UPC. Growth came from two major drivers: the upswing of DM in general - combined with a clean room policy to make Albracht the most professional Lettershop and Fulfilment house in NL. Big mailorder clients like Kluwer and Lekturama. Lettershop clients like Veronica Magazine, distributing over 1 Mio. copies every week . High touch clients like Time Magazine and Management Center Europe. And bulkmail for most major fundraisers, we grew to become the leading DM service provider in NL.
