‘Performance measurement according to the ProRail method’ is the title of my research. ProRail is using performance measurement to rate their suppliers. Rijkswaterstaat and Rijksgebouwendienst are also interested in rating their suppliers and they want to do this according to the ProRail method. These three parties are collaborating on the development of a measurement system (according to the ProRail method) for rating civil engineering contractors. I’m doing independent research for all three parties in measurement aspects, rating scales, rating methods, evidence for ratings and implementation strategies.
