With an MBA from Columbia University and a separate Master’s Degree in Accountancy, Dickran’s knowledge of finance and accounting has brought to the table unique and innovative methods to fund our projects allowing Minimise to pay our clients up front capital for implementing our solutions. Dickran’s finance experience includes working for investment banks like Morgan Stanley and Cantor Fitzgerald, and he brings with him in depth knowledge of Leveraged BuyOuts and Mergers & Acquisitions. Dickran’s credentials include his CPA license for the state of Michigan.Dickran began his career as a research scientist at the esteemed Oak Ridge National Laboratory – High Temperature Materials Laboratory. As a Materials Engineer (specializing in Ceramics) from Georgia Tech, he went on to work for the German company, ThyssenKrupp, as a Technical Sales Manager / Project Manager for large scale cement plants with project values upwards of $200 million. Dickran’s experience with large scale projects brings invaluable insight to the large size projects at Minimise USA. Dickran also speaks four languages fluently: English, French, German, and Armenian. Before coming to Minimise USA, served as a financial advisor to clients of Merrill Lynch and Citizens Bank, and he has his FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 and his Insurance License in Ohio. Dickran also passed two levels of the CFA exam.Dickran now serves as the CFO at Minimise USA.
