Designed research protocols for uncovering the mechanism of action of a novel anticancer monoclonal antibody in Triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) using human monocytes, fibroblasts, and macrophages(TAMs)• Isolated human monocytes from PBMC, differentiated the monocytes into macrophages, and used the macrophages for antibody dependent cell cytotoxicity assays(ADCC).• Used immunological techniques such as isolation of primary immune cell subsets, primary cell culture and expansion of immune cells, multicolor flow cytometry and cell-based functional assays.• Provided accurate reporting on timeline and project status to the partner company through periodic meetings.• Conducted extensive tumor and immune cell cytokine and chemokine release assays(using cytometric beads assay) in the presence or absence of IL-1 pathway inhibition in order to understand how that affects tumor invasion, migration, and metastases.
