Current• Ensure maintenance of case records according to contractual and COA standards• Participate in NCCF Leadership Meetings, Trainings and Mentoring • Provide monthly and quarterly reports to the Administrator of Family Services, detailing program successes and barriers, as well as client success stories and employee recognitions• Submit performance evaluations in accordance with agency policy• Attend external and internal meetings as needed• Advocate on behalf of the resident regarding secure and fair housing, self-sufficiency, and the use of community-based referrals for family support, while increasing avenues for consumers to utilize community-based resources• Coordinates tenant’s eviction process and represents agency in court• Maintains positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders throughout Montgomery County, MD
