YouTube Terms & Services Content Moderator• Moderate content to ensure accurate and precise decision is applied in the online space in compliance with client’s policies and guidelines.• Maintain high to perfect quality scores in line with client's and company's standard of procedure.• Review sensitive content, sometimes involving graphic or otherwise disturbing text/videos/images.• Analyze and identify content that is not in compliance with requirements and flag for action in a timely manner.• Review the reported content within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality.• Maintain a high degree of confidentiality while meeting strict deadlines.Content Moderator Skill Set• Possess a neutral mindset towards different content that needs classification, regardless of the content itself.• Comfortable with and understand that the job requires reviewing internet content that may be deemed inappropriate and / or contain explicit materials.• Ability to work in a high-tempo environment, adapt, and respond to the day-to-day challenges of the role.• Willing to work in 24x7 environment.

Recruitment Division• Assist line managers to identify, recruit and select candidates with the right set of competencies and attitudes within the required time frame and ensure all hiring are within the approved budget.• Handle statistical reporting and yearly budgeting exercise.• Handle HR reporting to Group, Senior Management, regulators bodies i.e Security Commissions, Bursa Malaysia, Bank Negara Malaysia and ensure all information submitted are accurate and up-to-date.Learning & Development Division• Ensure timely implementation of annual training plan including managing the whole process from registration to evaluation, liaising with internal and external training providers, ensuring all training records are recorded for internal reference.• Conduct and analyze needs assessments, design and develop appropriate learning and development interventions to maximize learning experience.• Handle HR reporting to Group, Senior Management, regulators bodies i.e Security Commissions, Bursa Malaysia, Bank Negara Malaysia and ensure all information submitted are accurate and up-to-date

• Outsource payroll service• Responsible of handling multiple clients with their companies' payroll• Responsible for accurate, complete and timely processing of weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls, remittances and filings• Responsible for meeting the indicated deadlines for each allocated client task• Performing tasks in compliance with company policies relating to payroll to ensure requirements are followed consistently and in full for each payroll cycle• Provides administrative support to the payroll team as required• To undertake any other duties as reasonably expected for the role
