The purpose of this role is to coordinate, oversee the timely planning and delivery of pest control service by the technicians inyour allocated territory to the area customers with the ultimate goal of ensuring that all customer premises are inspected andtreated and kept pest free as per expected State of Service.As a Team Leader you are responsible for advising the clients on proofing, hygiene & housekeeping matters, and of instanceswhere their pest control coverage is incomplete or inadequate, by identification of actual, or the risk of pest infestation.You are accountable for enforcing the compliance with the latest Health, Safety & Environmental and Pesticide usage regulationsby all technicians in your territory. In addition, all Rentokil Pest Control guidelines, manuals, booklets and other relatedcorrespondence should be adhered to at all times.
