Leidde de selectie en implementatie van een nieuw master data management systeem voor alle commerciële systemen binnen Landal. Dit zorgde na de fusie met Roompot voor efficiënter beheer van systemen door minder mensen en voor het vastleggen van voorheen ongedocumenteerde processen.

Leidde een projectteam bij de selectie en implementatie van een nieuw kassasysteem voor alle parkshops van Landal. Het systeem werd succesvol binnen een looptijd van minder dan een jaar geïmplementeerd, tot grote tevredenheid van alle betrokkenen.

Begeleiding van de implementatie van slimme sloten en app integratie op 5000+ accommodaties ter verhoging van gastgemak en vermindering van wachttijden bij de receptie. Dit project, dat ik van begin tot eind leidde, resulteerde in de Dia Award voor ‘Beste Digitale Transformatie’ in 2023.

Verantwoordelijk voor het implementeren van innovaties ter verhoging van klant- en medewerkerstevredenheid, omzetgroei en efficiëntie in winkelprocessen. Succesvolle projecten omvatten zelfscankassa’s en slimme productieadvieslijsten.
