Taking care of the Customer Service (backoffice) department for Lyreco in the BeNeLux. This department consists of 4 sites, some 85 people in two countries. Making sure we give our customers the best of service you can get in the office supplies industry. During 2008 all "Ahrend" systems were replaced by SAP/R3. In that project I was in the lead for the Data conversion for Catalog, Stock, Customers, Products, Prices. I also organized training sessions for the Customer service employees in order to prepare them to work with SAP.
