With 28 years of experience in health programs, I have become an expert in various areas such as communicable and non-communicable diseases, environmental health, AMR, the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs), Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and Health System Strengthening. My strengths lie in planning, budgeting, and implementing project policies and M&E, including a mix of complex grant projects such as GF ATM, MMC, etc. I have worked with Puskesmas, District and MoH, and have overseen the National Health Insurance Program in Indonesia. This program has a budget of approximately Sixty-seven trillion rupiah and serves a population of 181 million. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated my ability to navigate complex systems and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to achieve ambitious health goals.Throughout my career, I have worked with prominent international organisations such as ASEAN, UNDP, UNAIDS, and OIC. These experiences have allowed me to develop strong diplomacy, leadership, and coordination skills. Additionally, I excel at building relationships and have successfully collaborated with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds and organisational levels. My fluency in English, Indonesian, Sundanese, Javanese, French (beginner) and Arabic (intermediate) has also facilitated effective communication in multilingual environments.I have extensive qualifications that make me a valuable asset to any team. I hold a PhD in Global Health Security from Griffith University, where I focused on risk communication, ethics public health and leadership. I also have a Master of Science in Public Health (MScPH) in Epidemiology and Environmental Health, a Medical Doctor and a Bachelor of Medicine.
