Key job responsibilities include:- Oversee the fund accounting team- Act as the subject matter expert of private equity funds of the Maples Group to provide consultation services with respect to complicated private equity issues, including but not limited to subsequent closings, excused investments , carry interest calculation, etc.- Identify and manage risk associated with compliance and AML issues - Drive process change and system improvement
