Perform a role of In-house charter broker, handling enquiry, quotation and operation of all charter flights for DB Schenker in APAC region.

Operations Planning, duties included:-1. Airport slot portfolio management & filing2. Flight operating permit application3. Freighter schedule production, implementation & publication4. Flight schedule review & optimisation5. Operations planning performance analysis6. Flight schedule publication and scheduling system administration7. Ad-hoc schedule change coordination8. Short term schedule optimisation9. New route pre-launch preparation & AIP study10. Codeshare Operations implementation

Assist general manager to perform the following responsibilities1. A330-200F network planning and schedule planning- Route feasibility study and market research- Coordinate new destination preparation, including traffic right, slot clearance, crew manpower, operational feasibility of ground operation and flight operation.2. Promote and develop air cargo charter services- Quotation of charter flight- Agreement negotiation and documentation preparation3. Facilitate cooperation with business partners- Code share corporation- Wet lease arrangement

-Prepare and distribute Load and Trim sheet and Load Message documentation of Airbus A332F, and Boeing B737F, B777F, and B747F to cockpit crew-Monitor ramp handling to ensure aircraft loading safety and meet on-time-performance.

- ULD control in Hong Kong- Maintain air space booking to support network transport requirement

- Handle flight coordination with passenger flight and cargo flight, including passenger boarding and ramp handling, to comply with safety regulation and fulfil on-time-performance.- Perform and distribute load plan, Load and Trim Sheet and Load Message to ramp staff and flight officer.- Maintain crew and office administration: hotel booking, catering ordering and transportation of crew members, preparing flight documents, monitoring aircraft status from ports outside Hong Kong, arranging manpower in any flight delay and/or incidents.

- Lead a team with 6 to 8 people to be responsible for aircraft loading and unloading services, including passenger flight and freighter, strictly following a Loading Instruction Plan and DG regulation.
