Logistics Supervisor
CurrentReporting to : Branch Operation Manager (BOM).Area Coverage : Banyumas, Purbalingga, Cilacap, Banjarnegara & Kebumen.Principal : P&G, Reckitt Benckiser, Omega LNK, Philips Domestic Appliances, Skintific.Key Responsibilities :1. Setting up Territory Delivery for each fleets (12 Van & 24 Motorist) based on area coverage and create effective & efficient daily delivery operations.2. Monitoring and Ensuring team performances have meet the objectives of Service Level Agreement (SLA) for our principal and also to our all segment customer (NKA, MT, GT).3. Supervising overall performances of 49 Delivery Man (Van & Motorist) such as Team Attendance, On Time Delivery (OTD), Rejection Order, Hitrate, Win At Retail (WAR), TMS Abivin.4. Monitoring day to day Vehicle Fill Rate (VFR) and Weight Tonnage load for each of fleet above 40% (1 CDD, 5 CDE, 6 GM).5. Monitoring 12 Van fleet vehicles in accordance with maintenance scheduling and coordination with all vendors (Trac, Dipo, Asco).5. Providing Daily report, Weekly Report and Monthly Report relating to Delivery Operations and runs action plan to tackle and solve problems happening.Achievement :1. Consistently achieve and OTD target (above 98%) every month.2. Field analysis capabilities so as to obtain Add Man Power of up to 10 MP and the addition of 3 Vans linier with Bussiness Growth.3. People Management regulates employee working hours to be more normal according to government regulations (Done Pure Intercity Project).4. Complete the R2P project by managing effective and efficient operations.
