- Managing, Design, Develop and Supervising OHSE (Occupational Health Safety and Enviromental) management systems implementation- Lead HSE Department- Ensure & supervise the implementation and compliance of safety procedures, safety requirements, risk assessment process, incident investigation, safety audits, safety inspection & observation.- Manage safety campaigns, training, and communications.- Prepare CSMS (Contractor Safety Management System) implementation such as the development of contract service documents, tendering process, safety pre-qualification process, and during the service contract period (Oil & gas, Mining Company).

▪︎ Completing all HSE documentation and filing data▪︎ Assist HSE Team for develop Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS) and HSE Plan for project Operation▪︎ Responsible for identifying hazardous workplace condition▪︎ Conduct HSE Implementation programs such as HSE Meeting, HSE Reporting and HSE Inspection▪︎ Ensure Compliance with all aplicable HSE Standard▪︎ Support Implementation HSE on Project Site
