- Process, analyze, summarize, and provide all data/information (by request) from all cluster area in one branch (in this case manage 5 cluster area in the Pati branch (Pati, Rembang, Blora, West Grobogan and East Grobogan));- Coordinate and share data/information with CSE/RSE, SPV, and MIS in each branch in the North Central Java (NCJ) area;- Make conclusions in the form of sales to retailer (STR), create KPIs, and provide analysis of sales monitoring results for each cluster area and sales executive performance for the current day to be given to MP3 Owner, VP-HoS, AVP-HoB, Operational Manager (OM), CSE/RSE, SPV, etc.;- Analyze, make predictions/forecasts, and provide conclusions to determine sales targets and actions for the following month.

The program is designed to provide the participants with first-hand exposure to real-world practitioners and prepare them with relevant skills for a successful career in leading tech companies.As a cohort, I have responsibilities to actively engaged as a participant with machine learning specialization focusing on skill development, both technical and non-technical for 5+ months,Achievements:- Proposed and developed 3 deep learning models to assist business screening process, business valuation estimator, and investor risk profiling that provide effectiveness in the management of Bevest application (group capstone project CH2-PS064) with average accuracy/R2-score at 98%-100%;- Has been appointed as a speaker in the “Boost Your Skill Up with Bangkit Academy” event as a Bangkit Student Representative on December 2, 2023;- Completed the entire learning program with a final grade of 89.32 out of 100 or an A.

- Collaborate with experts and lecturers at UDINUS Informatics Engineering study program in developing research projects with the scope of IoT Attack;- Processing and developing classification models with machine learning concepts to provide findings on the CIC IoT Dataset 2023 data collected by the University of New Brunswick (UNB) Canada with a total of 46M+ rows of data;- Produce one Sinta 3 indexed journal with the novelty of using 3 types of feature selection techniques that can cut computing time and still provide good accuracy at 87%+;- Contributed to writing about the use of several feature selection techniques in Q2 indexed international reputable journals.

Furthermore, Bitlabs is also fueled with a mission to build a digital-ready workforce as a response to digital transformation, especially in Indonesia.I have responsibilities to actively involved as a participant of MSIB Kampus Merdeka program in Data Analytics for Business learning path that focuses on developing skills in the use of query language, analysis with Python, visualization with Google Data Studio, and other non-technical areas for 5+ months.Achievements:- Solved problems experienced by several partner companies such as Nurosoft and Mekari by generating analysis for good decision making and getting an average score of 83.- Contributed fully in group project based learning with 3 other colleagues in providing business analysis of Ralali company;- Completed the entire program with a score of 86.94 out of 100 or grade A.

Along with this, I have responsibilities in:- Collaborate on projects aligned with Kimia Farma's corporate and ensure proper integration with the company's activities;- Collect, cleanse and analyse data well to gain valuable insights critical to the strategic decision-making process;- Apply statistical methods and advanced modelling techniques to spot trends and patterns in relevant data sets;- Deliver visualisation results using Google Data Studio to contribute to informed decision-making in the enterprise.
