Dicky is a “People” person believing in the focus of “People and Life” as much as “Profit and Loss” in business.Dicky has over 30 years of Sales and Business Management experience stretched across a spectrum of industries including hotel, properties development, consumer goods retailing, distribution and manufacturing. He has held executive positions in publicly listed companies and has worked extensively overseas in cities including New York, Brisbane, Singapore and Shanghai. Dicky is the founder of PathFinders Alliances Limited which specialises in corporate training in Business Networking, Public Presentation, Leadership, Sales Improvement as well as Personal Empowerment. He also coaches executives and business owners at individual level in attaining optimum self-resourcefulness. On the fun side, he runs a youth development program in the format of a #6Days2Stage Musical Theatre Summer Camp that empowers young adult confidence of self-expression and creativity. Dicky holds a Master Degree in Business Administration (International Management) from RMIT, Australia and a B.Eng. in Civil and Structural Engineering from Sheffield University, England.Dicky is a Certified Master Practitioner and Trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). He has completed the CoachU Fast Track Program as well as a licensed Facilitator of The Coaching Clinic from Corporate CoachU. He is the currently the Vice-President of International Coaching Community Greater China (ICCGC).Dicky uses his broad international experience in sales management and general business development to help clients defining the best approaches in business, strategic planning as well as finding their paths of least resistance in their career and life journey at a more personal level.
