Over the past few years, I have honed my skills in various roles, contributing to the success of several companies.Currently, I serve as the Production Planning and R&D Manager at L'ACTONE, where I oversee aerosol production and production planning. This role allows me to leverage my expertise in research and development to ensure the seamless execution of production processes and the creation of high-quality products.Prior to this, I was a Research and Development Specialist at L'ACTONE, focusing on product development and R&D activities. My tenure at Atomizer Kozmetik A.Ş. as the Research and Development Manager further solidified my capabilities in managing R&D projects and driving product innovation.I also held multiple roles at Gökçek Şifa, including Responsible Manager, Deputy Technical Manager, and Bioengineer.
