• Effective management and implementation of WEI project activities by developing partnership / linkages with grassroots community /organizations, Local support organizations and Women Organizations.• Building capacities of grassroots women in leadership and enterprise development for women empowerment. • Strengthening of Woman Organizations through developing five years development plan, conducing social and financial audits and enhancement of management skills. • Mapping and assessing capacities of women groups for succeeding for award projects (revolving fund for) small business initiatives. • Develop detail work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.• Organize workshops and conferences on gender equality, agriculture, livelihood generation and businesses development. • Planning and capacity building of LSO staff in M&E, Resources Mobilization and Documentation. • Prepare quarter and monthly progress reports of the projects.• Documenting project achievements, progress reports and other deliverables assigned by CEO and project manager. • Regular coordination and meetings with the national and international partner organizations.
