• Manage Production Planning and Material Control (SCM) operation.• Manage (Import planning) activities are optimized through efficient production planning.• Planning of procurement, production, inventory control, logistics and distribution.• To ensure the availability of parts for smooth production.• Ensure timely orders for consumable goods & allied material.• Planning for the future targets of production to prepare the lots.• Maintain and ensure B.O.M & cost (Direct & Indirect) of each section.• Close coordination with Product Development Dept. for newly develop local components & their ordering & scheduling.• Leading and guiding the team to open LC, prepare Bank Contract while taking care of other transactions with the bank including TT-remittance & EIF approval, etc.• Close follow ups with the respective Sources for in time shipment with coordination of Import Clearing Section.• Inventory monitor and storage according to FIFO (first in first out technique).• Make Strategies for Proto Trial, FTP/PTP and mass production of New model Launching.• Maintain the record of logistic units (showroom status &un-invoiced vehicle).• Make & implement the production plan with the coordination of marketing and procurement.• Plan & schedule for in house training programs of Kaizen, 5s & job knowledge.• Ensure the Market requirement by concentrating on the Market Whole sale and Retail model wise and color wise trend.• Ensure to prepare annual requirement of imported material based on annual production plan for submission to EDB for IORC.
