This is a high-dollar (over $2 billion) and highly visible contract involving numerous multi-million dollar missions, including Solar Orbiter, Mars 2020, Landsat 9, ICESat-2, Parker Solar Probe, InSight, JPSS-1 and many other complex negotiations every year.Led a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement workforce engagement activities to include speed-mentoring events, shadowing opportunities, technical talks and panels, and fundamentals workshops for the Launch Services Program (LSP).Served as Business Lead for the KSC Propellants and Life Support Services II (KPLSS II) Source Evaluation Board.Served as Primary Contracting Officer for the Kennedy Infrastructure, Applications and Communication (KIAC) contract; a major and complex fixed-price contract at KSC consisting of baseline services, over 200 labor hour orders, and over 400 IDIQ performance based task orders with a maximum contract value of $320M.

Created a step-by-step NRA manual to provide new employees with history of NRA contracts, step-by-step procedures, websites, forms, and points of contact needed for completion of award. The guidance has also been used by experienced personnel administering NRAs.
