I am coming from an academic background in Management and Organization area. I have completed my PhD degree in the development of organizatioıns. Currently, I am a part-time senior researcher in the Management Consulting business. I have presented at a selection of national and international conferences and authored and published several articles and peer-reviewed articles within my areas of speciality, in high impact journals.
