After graduating from FMV Işık High School, I got my B.A. degree from Istanbul University Faculty of Business Administration. I lived in U.S.A. for one year to improve my language skills (English). Then I returned to Turkey and started my career as a Training Assistant at Intercon, an affiliate of Interbank. I did not yet know the role education will have in my dreams and hence in my professional life. After a rising career in finance for 15 years, I met coaching thanks to the personal development trainings I was interested in to increase my awareness. As soon as I met coaching, I felt that I had to pursue a career in this path and changed the direction of my professional life. Afterwards, I got training classes from the leading institutions in this field to train myself as a coach in the best way. With an unabated excitement and continuous development motivation for about 11 years, as an ICF-certified PCC, I support managers and employees individually and corporate to maximize their physical and mental performance by coaching in stress and conflict management, nonviolent communication skills, coping with burnout syndrome, reaching to and maintaining the "well-being" state of mind.I deepened my knowledge and experience in increasing group performance and resilience, positive psychology, neuroscience of leadership and productivity, employee wellness. Besides, I prepare development programs tailored to the needs of the companies, help them in providing the corporate support to increase the happiness and creativity of the employees and in building effective systems in which all the units in the organization work in a harmonious and correct flow.In connection with the recent developments in the world, as required by the post pandemic circumstances, I gained depth in acquisition and development of new business skills such as remote working, efficient time management, continuous and accurate communication, correct reflection of expectations and responsibilities by both managers and employees, adaptation of human skills to transformation, and the conscious and effective use of technology. As an ICF certified coach with 2.250 hours of coaching experience I help managers, professionals and coaches in their leadership, coaching and management skills to maximize their potential with a tailored approach to acquire and develop necessary competencies.
