• Responsible for cash management, investments, bank reconciliation through executing day-to-day relationships with banks.• Responsible for preparing daily & monthly & yearly cash flow tables for local management and headquarter.• Executing whole treasury operations including collections, FX trade, letter of guarantee, loan, petty cash etc.• The only responsible person of whole payments of the company, including supplier, inter-company, employee and third party & advance payments. (excluding payroll). • Keeping the records of the related activities such as payments, collections, investments etc. • Participated in the analysis of all transactions in business lines, determining risks and internal controls with a view to compliance with Sarbanes Oxley.

• Responsible for TRL denominated financial operations such as daily CashFlow Management, collections, investments, loans, cash reporting to Head office, Letter of Guaranties, Trade Cheque follow up, custom duties, timely tax payment, bank relations, bank reconciliation.• Developed a new process for customs clearing that provided effective tax management and increase in profitability• Active member of ISO 9002 Implementation team• Internal auditor of HR and district sales offices procedures.

Serving to 4 business groups in Dow Turkiye & DowAgrosciences • Responsible for Cash Management, investments, bank reconciliation, bank relations -for three legal entities• Assisting to Credit Manager on Credit Activities such as Account Receivable /Past Due follow ups, Credit limits, risk management & Analysing Financial status of Customers
