My real motivation is to enable management and owners of software companies to redefine the boundaries of what they thought was possibility and consequently deliver outstanding value to their clients and owners.As founder of Papillon, I care deeply about creating long-term, viable and sustainable growth that benefits the people who build it and the customers who use it. I have over 25 years of experience in building several successful companies from scratch, resulting in one highly successful IPO and multiple exits. I am proud to say that I have worked with some of the best CTOs and technical teams in the world, where I have leveraged my deep tech and AI understanding and my international business development skills to translate market opportunities into scalable and innovative solutions.I have held various CEO and board roles in different types of ownership structures, where I have always maintained the highest integrity with all stakeholders. I am also a lifelong learner, having completed a BA in Management, started but never finished a Master in Management Course (and instead joined InfoStream as its first employee), and a Strategic Thinking for the CXO programme. I am used to working with people from any culture and any religion, and I treat everyone with utmost respect. I consistently try to lead by example, build a growth mindset, build grit and urgency, and empower others to achieve their full potential.Outside work, I have always enjoyed composing music (began with piano, C64, Korg M1, currently teaching myself arrangement for orchestra), road biking (Cervelo & BMC for those who care), and whenever time allows, be out on the ocean whether motorised or sail!
