I am leading courses on Philosophy of Neohumanism and Leadership

As the head of the Neohumanist Education Association, I represent the organization in international education conferences and networks, such as ISSA. I have co-authored the Neohumanist Education Curriculum for Early Childhood which has been submitted to the Romanian Ministry of Education. I have also co-authored the "Earth Care, People Care and Fair Share Children in Permaculture Manual" within an Erasmus plus strategic partnership in which AEN was one of 7 partner organizations from 5 countries. I offer Neohumanist Education Teacher training in Romania, Holland, Lebanon, Italy and Australia.

As the head of AMURTEL Romania, I have been directly responsible for fundraising and managing our budget of 200,000 euros + annually. I coordinate six main projects of AMURTEL: the Familia AMURTEL children's home, the Fountain of Hope After School Center, the AMURTEL Bio Garden, the Vistara social apartment, the Rasarit Neohumanist Kindergarten and the Morningstar Holistic Center. In addition, I have coordinated and led activities in numerous financed projects, including: the "We all Have a Story" project funded by FondONG, "Bio-food for All", Swiss Cooperation Fund, the "Participate", FondONG, 2 EVS projects and numerous youth exchanges. I manage a staff of 25 people, and offer continuous staff training and mentorship in Neohumanist approaches to education and social work.

As a yogic nun of Ananda Marga, I offer individualized yoga and meditation instruction. I also give talks on spirituality, education and inclusivity, as well as leading trainings, retreats and courses.
