Managing the two resorts; Jannata Resort & Spa Ubud and The Acala Resort Lembongan. Preparing the budget and marketing plan for those two resorts and planning the yearly strategies. Creating designs for menu, E-card, flyer etc. Dealing with media including online and printed, managing TripAdvisor and OTA reviews. Struggling with the COVID-19 promotions and revenue gain by tactical promotions, a very intimate yet personalized customer service and highly dynamical rooms and other promotions. Keep opening in total 33 rooms in both resort, direct dealing with owners for sales and marketing strategies.Back to this heavenly resort again with now total 25 suites and villas inventory. The Acala is also expanded to 26 suites and villas inventory. Coming soon, the new resort in Nusa Penida.

Managing 4 (four) luxury boutique hotels collection in Ubud and 1 (one) brand new resort in Keramas.

When passion takes role then heart can't deny :) Back again in PR-ing which is still my current favorite this far. Taking care for the media requests, Press Releases, broadcast and marketing stuffs in a brand new 5 star luxury resort in the heart of Kuta. Sandy beach, sound of the waves and interactive environment are just a perfect playground to gain more experiences :)
