OFON Phase 2 EPCI5 Project - TIE IN AND INTEGRATION- Prepare required ICAPS Precommissioning/Commissioning forms upon Discipline Construction/ Precommissioning & Commissioning requests.- Check and approve completed original ICAPS task sheets with required attachments for ICAPS update.- Prepare complete task sheets in the respective subsystem Precommissioning or Commissioning (RFC/RFSU) dossiers.- Make sure the progress is updated in ICAPS and scan files available in ICAPS upon filing the Original ICAPS Forms in Respective Dossiers.- Prepare ICAPS reports (Status Index & Technical Database) for each subsystem upon completion of Precommissioning and commissioning to file in the respective RFC/RFSU dossiers.- Approve ICAPS Punch List Entry files from Walk-downs/ICAPS Task Sheets Punch List Entry form for verification/ ICAPS population.- Check and approve ICAPS Punch List Clearance Forms for each discipline to close the Punch Items in ICAPS.- To verify the ICAPS Task Sheets are filled duly by all parties and signed by respective parties.- Monitor ICAPS Operator for proper documentation/prepare necessary dossiers as and when required.
