I have been in the M&A and Financial Strategy business for more than 30 years, either as a principal or as an advisor.Since 1997, I am the Founding Member and President of DDA & Company, LLC, a corporate finance advisory boutique with offices in New York , NY and Paris, France and have been advising small or mid-cap companies contemplating acquisitions or divestitures, mainly in a cross-border environment. From 2008 through 2010, I was also Chief Executive Officer of Massena Capital Partners, a private equity fund-of-funds.From 2002 to 2004, I was also President of the Executive Board (“Directoire”) of Basaltes SA (Paris, France), the largest French independent producer of aggregates. Before setting up DDA & Company, LLC, I was Managing Director of Harbourton Enterprises (Princeton, New Jersey), a merchant banking boutique specialized in the financial services industry. As a partner of Harbourton, I was also CEO of Independence Funding Company, a small business lender based in Dallas, Texas. (1992-1995)From 1986 to 1992, I held various positions with The Fairchild Corporation, including Vice President in the M&A and Corporate Development department. From 1982 through 1984, I was with Bankers Trust Company (Paris, France) where I developed an expertise in evaluating companies.
