Since its incorporation, we performed the following assignments :- Burkina-Faso : technical and financial services for the rural electrification project, implementation of an accounting system and a management reporting system for the national water company (Onea) and a five years business plan for Sofitex (cotton producer), - France : financial due diligence for the privatisation of Dagris (cotton industry),- Marocco : assistance in the implementation of a cost accounting system (Onep),- Mali : financial audit of two transportation projects (Prct and Prssa) and financial analysis of Transrail,- Mauritania : financial audit of two telecommunication companies (Mattel and Mauritel) including the audit of the cost accounting systems,- Niger : financial analysis of two telecommunication companies (Moov and Celtel), - Republic Democratic of Congo : participation regarding the financial aspect for the transformation of two companies into commercial company including the evaluation of the capital stock of the new company (Snel and Rva), - Togo : financial analysis and valuation of two banks in the process of being privatised.
