I enjoy designing and developing projects especially if they have a societal significance. I consider myself to be lucky to work in CNES, the French space agency, and working for Space gets me dreaming !As a pioneer in object oriented design, artificial Intelligence, and expert systems as earlier as 1985, I have developed a solid experience for all the aspects on information processing and project management. Since 2012 I am the Technology transfer officer for the CNES. I wrote a new technology transfer policy and I am responsible for its implementation. A very important effort has been made to further increase creation and devolpment of startups. I was an active member of the team which launched the meta incubators ESA BIC Sud France and ESA BIC Nord France. I also launched also ActInSpace the international space applications hackathon/startup weekend. Holds an engineering degree from the French school Polytechnique of Grenoble (INPG 1984), degrees from the Sorbonne (IAE 1990)
