ADL Conseil (formerly AD Loisirs until nov 2019) is a French Company running a classic car restoration activity under the names of Citrostory (www.citrostory.com) and CQS Classics (www.cqsclassics.fr). The company is now located at Citroën premises in Aulnay sous Bois. Main specialty is Citroën DS and oldtimers restoration including structure, body parts, mechanics and hydraulic systems. Exclusive partnership with the Conservatoire Citroên allows us to have a fully experimented team and access to all the technical know how and documentation for all cars of the brand, including pre war models and youngtimers.

C.Q.S Classics group is a Belgium company, active in automotive repair, spare parts distribution and renting.After having contributed to the re structuration of the company as a consultant, I am now integrated in the new projects, based on the business plan I prepared. Development was namely scheduled in France and the company became a shareholder of ADL Conseil, running the same acivity (see before pls)

As an interim manager, Organisation setting, teams motivation (80 people) and process reengineering for enhancing service to customers.

Organization (ex nihilo) and achievement of events linked to the Citroën DS 50th anniversary and launch of new C6 for Automobiles Citroën : selection of the events, selling process, communication plan, management and motivation of a team of 40 people, management of the events. (cars exhibition in La Cité des Sciences, defilé of 1600 DS in Paris, dinner with 4000 people…)

As an interim manager, for an important subsidiary of this major bank, active in real estate financing (no 2 in France):. Reengineering of sales and middle office processes : harmonization, standardization, simplification• Management and motivation of sales team and middle office staff (100 people) : compensations, incentives, challenges• Launch of new products and setting up of a new marketing and sales policy• Monthly production was doubled in 10 months
