6 years of customer service experience with the company Accedo Technologies and its agreement with AT&T. I had the opportunity to grow in the company until I became a Team leader in charge of 14 people and their development in the field, this position gave me 2 and a half years of knowledge in how to develop, manage and supervise people leading them to achieve goals. Throughout these 6 years with the company I've had the opportunity to lead plenty of projects including the opening of a new site as supervisor in the city of Cali, Colombia; this last experience helped me to show the knowledge gathered and the abilities to become an operations manager.
