SeaOwl.MOHO NORD Developement Project.Key role to prevent Non Productive Time and actively support the Cpy HSE culture and actions.Supporting up to 1 drill ship (Vantage TUX), 2 tender rigs (Atlantica Delta/TLP & Saipem TAD), 1 workover unit (Haliburton U122) and 4 slickline units opérations in Congo.Responsible for promoting a positive Quality culture throughout the drilling team and for influencing personnel & contractors to incorporate Total E&P Quality standards and good practice.Define, implement and update the Quality Strategy for Drilling, Workover ans Well services operations.

Coordination of the logistic, pipe yard & warehouses operations with safety & cost réduction orientations.Supporting production operations of 80 Kbpd equiv., all offshore and onshore drilling, WO & Well services, the ongoing projects with 4 AHTS, 1 FSIV, 7 off crew boats, 3 barges/tugs, PAX & Mat'l pirogues, 2 hélicoptères, 1 plane and material handling equipement (crânes, forklift, truck) associated.

In charge to define Quality Requirements in relation with Drilling and Projects Engineering Teams.In charge to sélectionne inspectors, to coodinate inspections, to carry out failures/incidents robot cause analysis, to define and comunicate relevant KPI.In charge to review and approve the QA/QC documentations MTR, QCP, ITP, QCS, WPR, PQR, to follower NCR & deviation requests.In charge to perform Kickoff meetings and to witness critical FIT/FAT.

In charge of QA/QC for all drilling, completion, WO and well services operations of the Perenco subsidiaires.Quality support to 10-15 Drilling Rigs or WO units per year ( up to 50 Wells spudded per year)

Start up the operation base in Mexico covering and supporting customers in Mexico, Venezuela, Colombia, Ecuador ans Peru.Selection and training inspectors ( up to 12).Coordination inspection & supervision jobs in the Latin America North Area.Performing Inspections or Inspection Supervisions/Coordination of major project and critical Equipement

Total E&P certified inspector.Inspections worldwide for Drilling & Completion Equipements as per TOTAL General Specifications EP-FP, EP-PLR or EP-COR + API's.
