Responsible for project management of 2 consumer loans portfolio migration projects.Project 1: March 2024 until October 2024Migration project of consumer loans portfolio (55.000 in total) from Credit Agricole Consumer Finance to Vesting Finance. Vesting Finance uses the Close application platform from Ohpen for their Backoffice services. Within this project I'm the project lead from Ohpen end to make sure the portfolio is successfully migrated from CACF to Vesting Finance.Project 2: August 2024 until JanuarY 2025Migration project of consumer loans portfolio (92.000 in total) to Vesting Finance. Vesting Finance uses the Close application platform from Ohpen for their Backoffice services. Within this project I'm the project lead from Ohpen end to make sure the portfolio is successfully migrated from the source system to Vesting Finance.

Within project Gemini a new mortgage service street is being implemented for mortgage lenders. At this moment a number of Buy-to-Let mortgage lenders are live with a MVP solution.This solution has to be expanded in the upcoming period so loan requests can not only be accepted but also mutated. Also, the focus lies on developing new functionalities for the online customer portal.■ Identify and analyse business requirements and transform them into IT solutions■ Set up Product Backlog and improve way of working■ Improve documentation of existing solution■ Making sure the development teams are adding as much client value as possible

Due to this improvement Buy to Let employees now have a 360 view on the customers loans, rental income figures and and correspondance with NIBC.
