Founded in 2004, Flagler was a Miami-based real estate investment firm with a focus on acquiring distressed data centers and office properties across the Southeastern United States and Texas. PIX was founded as a Real Estate Investment Advisory company in 1995 to provide US Institutional Investors with a reliable pathway to Latin American real estate opportunities and investments. The company had 6 offices throughout the region. In 1998, PIX formed a JV with Lend Lease, and in January 2001, PIX was acquired by the real estate group of the French bank, BNP Paribas.

Didier was a partner at Colliers Interamerica, the first South Florida Affiliate of Colliers International. In addition to representing Colliers in Florida, Colliers Interamerica was responsible for developing the Colliers network and business thoughout Latin America. From 1993 through 1995, Didier recruited firms in Chile, Argentina, Brazil, Peru, Venezuela and Colombia, and was responsible for the management and coordination of all transactions between the US and Latin America.

During his 5-year tenure at Bouygues Immobilier (www.Bouygues.com), as Managing Director of the Spanish subsidiary, Didier spearheaded the development of over $500 Million of office, retail and entertainment development projects in Madrid and Barcelona.
