IGP is a network of insurance companies, which co-operate in the provision of group employee benefits insurance coverage for multinational corporations. The network is known as the “International Group Program”. The network’s aim is to get the IGP multinational clients’ subsidiaries to place their employee benefits contracts with the network’s partners (Insurers) and to pool those local contracts together in an IGP International Account maintained for each client.Account Representative maintains regular direct contact with each IGP client (through visits to the country of the parent company and by phone or email) in order to ensure that the business already included in the clients’ IGP International Account is maintained, and to develop new business opportunities.There are often changes to the network's partners products or the fiscal, social and insurance legislation in each country, which require the technical aspects to be re-negotiated, or at least reviewed by the Technical Analyst who ensures the development and maintenance of efficient Network underwriting guidelines.
