Having a PhD and a MBA, I have one foot in science & technology and the other in management & business strategy. I decided to thrive both as a technical expert and as a manager, even if most organizations ask you to choose between one or the other.With 30 yrs of New Product Development (NPD) / Research & Development (R&D) experience in Belgium, France, Spain and the USA, I enjoy managing organizations involved in global Innovation. My concern is to get everyone in the team on board, in a caring, objective-centered and positive-thinking atmosphere. I like to work on projects addressing sustainable development ; In addition to dealing with the environmental, social and economical impacts, the goal is to find better collective solutions towards improved durability and a more circular economy.
