Passionate about Digital, Payments and Marketing, I initiated the digital strategy within BIL and led the digital banking consumer projects since 2010. I have a proven experience in managing teams to achieve projects that transform the client banking experience in Luxembourg. This resulted in the award of the "Best Innovation in Retail Banking Luxembourg (2014)". Innovative, open to other industries to bring the best into my company, I keep myself up to date technology-wise and partner with agile IT to deliver. Over the last years, I also took over the payment strategy within BIL and the implementation of the cashless branch approach, I signed with Visa to launch new products, mobile payment & tokenisation. I’m part of the PSD2 initiative as well as the new core banking team for the bank’s switch in 2023.
