Responsible for the management of large-scale hospitality projects across the Indian Ocean, with a focus on implementing advanced technology solutions. These include broadband wireless networks, cybersecurity, SIP, IPTV, IP surveillance, VOIP, fiber optic cabling, PABX, networks & telecom systems, and IPV6 Internet service provision. My role ensures the seamless integration of these technologies to enhance operational efficiency and guest experiences.

I spearhead the implementation and business development of Call Centers and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) operations, focusing on high-value outsourced services. This includes software development, e-learning solutions, customer service, and technical help desk support. My role ensures efficient execution and growth of these services to meet the evolving needs of global clients.

I was responsible for successfully turning around a group of companies by introducing new services, including ISP, SaaS, call center operations, security services, software development, and BPO. Under my leadership, the company became profitable within 12 months, with a sixfold increase in turnover over two years. My strategic initiatives drove sustainable growth and operational excellence across the business.

As an Adviser to the Minister of IT & Telecommunication of Mauritius, I contributed to the strategy and development of the country’s first cybercity, playing a key role in shaping Mauritius’ digital landscape. Additionally, as Chairman of the Internet Management Committee, I provided advisory support to the ICT Authority, focusing on the development and regulation of Internet and telecommunications for Mauritius, ensuring the country’s infrastructure was aligned with international standards and technological advancements.

I was responsible for overseeing ICT and Cybersecurity strategies, including the implementation of Mauritius' first broadband wireless network (WiMax). I also led the successful establishment of the Rogers Call Centre and the company's Intranet, ensuring enhanced connectivity, operational efficiency, and robust cybersecurity across the organization.

I was responsible for establishing the department and overseeing the planning of Mauritius’ first GSM network. My role involved strategic network design and deployment, laying the foundation for the country’s mobile communication infrastructure, and ensuring seamless connectivity across the nation.

Mobile Communication LabMy research was centered on mobile networks and network simulation. I developed and implemented the first GSM simulation platform using OpNet, which became a pivotal tool for academic research and practical applications. I also taught various courses, integrating hands-on learning with cutting-edge developments in mobile networks and network technology.

Corporate Communication LabMy research, funded by IBM Zurich, focused on critical areas of network security and mobile cybersecurity, with an emphasis on wireless networks and authentication protocols. This work included the design and implementation of KryptoKnight, a forked version of Kerberos, aimed at enhancing secure anonymity and single-sign-on mechanisms for mobile network environments.
