# I am more than 20 year experience to make automotive body car - stamping/press and welding - robotic automation - computer programing - Industrial Revolution 4.0 ready #I was born when gadget - video call phone is a dream. Become witness electricity came to my village, black white television, watching TVRI colour chart, real telegram, mail, banana big handphone and many memorable experience.Yes, all is about the process and I enjoy it there is no instant and that make me built my figting mentality.All my life patch began when I found my hoby in electronic, when I disambled and broke my transistor radio . Of course that was not succes story, but enough for 1st grade junior high school to discover passion.When I was at senior high school, I become leader of youth scientific club, I got funding from wellknown univervity at Malang for my project. At 2nd grade at 1998, this was my life milestone when I was selected and become 1 of only 6 student - exchange student to Japan. that year is hard economic condition at Indonesia, that was why only 6 student and alone I was only Indonesian at Minoo High School, Osaka. I when to Japan, discover of myself, become more positif person and develop my personality. Stronger, Confident, Communicative, fast learning. Then I continue my study at Bandung Polytechnic for Manufacturing, I choose Mechatronics and Automation faculty, it is my passion. My last assigment, I made train ticket vending machine and got funding from PT KAI Bandung.I began my professional work as welding engineer, especially for electrical engineer. Making project using PLC and robotics for makinh chassis Kijang Innova. I learn to manage project control, schedule visualisation, progress reporting and making problem countermeasure. I expand more my experience as my role responsibility raised up at next company, all are automotive part maker. Until now, I have been work at body car making environment for more than 20 year specialize at Welding and Stamping Press. I already made body part for Toyota, Daihatsu, Suzuki, Honda. Maintly Japanese company, once time I ever made project for General Motor, but only short project.I think if I have chance to learn more Europe or American car maker will be very interesting.Last, my passion in electronic control and programming made me more ready to face industrial revolution 4.0. I built my own 3D printing machine and I develop succesfully team project for making MES aplication at my company are made me proud of my achievement.Thank you for visiting my page.

So yes, this is Japan company and once again my japanese very usefull my work.I was the first employee wave, I remember I was 1 of three person.On period Sep 2012 until Dec 2016, I was assistant manager of Welding Section. My role as section head to prepare factory building, welding robot, jig and facility installation, production process preparation until product acceptance by customer. Our customer is Suzuki Indonesia and Honda Prospect Motor.My previous technical experience at Welding and my non technical - interpersonal skill is very usefull for me to develop my Welding team to achieve customer and company KPI target.From begining I have double role, as production management and new part development as engineer, however I still got support from HQ and Thailand group.Then 2017 until end of 2021 I get new position as manager and my role as new part development expand as support of HQ and Thailand reduced and start many localized CF, die and jig making. Also at this period, I also support to sales team. Once again, my previous network at Daihatsu and Toyota used to get new business.For Daihatsu already we produce for them since 2017. And at 2021 finally we get business with Toyota.Then from 2022, I am promoted to Senior Manager and also established new division of Engineering. My role focusing for production preparation stage due to many new model car from Honda and also new start business Toyota volume is very high. As Indonesian goverment rule to increase local part and demand from all OEM, we make almost all die at local company, for jig and CF we already 100% localize. Show less

This production preparation is for making service part/after sales product for car model Xenia and Avanza about 6000 unit per month. I must… Show more My working journey at this company is unique. 1 year before I joint this company I was frelance project engineer.This company is local company and produce press and welding body part for 4W mainly for Daihatsu.One day, the owner request my support to make production preparation plan schedule and make precentation to Daihatsu Purchasing management. This production preparation is for making service part/after sales product for car model Xenia and Avanza about 6000 unit per month. I must make plan for process press, welding, painting until packing and aproval to Auto2000 as market sell agent.Sort story, couple presentation, the proposal acepted by Daihatsu BOD. And my job finish.A few month later, this company owner look for me again and this time request me to support him until the project finish.Here, I decide to work in technical job again and leave photography as my hoby.Then I start to work at this company as Production Engineering Manager.Due to this is local company and has limited financial condition, one word I must keep : Never give up. More creativity. More solution.Then I start to build a factory building for welding, painting and packing line. Demolish existing press factory and make major relay out. Install used machine and this is old machine that already has no electrical wiring. Press machine, Welding machine, Painting line conveyor, programming PLC until all line set up.I make coordination also to Daihatsu to have chance to train my company employee to learn Daihatsu way about 1 year, 12 person at ADM Sunter Plan.Finally, almost 2 year this service part line can sell part to Auto2000/Daihatsu dealer. I proud of it.My lesson learning from this company, mainly from Mr. Markus as owner and Mr. Gilarsi as CEO, NEVER GIVE UP. There is a will there is a way.Mr. Gilarsi formely as BUMN PT.
