1 Be in charge of Hiring Live-stream Program, which was started from zero. This program ‘s aim was that using new technology method of live streaming to improve the efficiency of recruitment.2 Defined product direction and core target. Planned and implemented traffic dispatching policy. Launched the 1.0 to 3.0 version with high quality.3 4 months after the 1.0 version, nearly 1.8% daily active users used live-stream features to find jobs. 8000+ offers was sent in the live-stream rooms within 4 months.

Identified the user need by collecting and analyzing App data. Used Focus Group Discuss and Questionnaire Investigation to discover user problems.3 A good team player.
