Award-Winning Campaign: Asia Independent Agency of the Year for 2015, 2016, and 2018.Award-Winning Marketing Interactive: Indonesia’s Social Media Agency of the Year for 2019.With a strong passion for multimedia and digital, I embarked on my journey at SCTV to delve into broadcasting and digital realms, developing the UI & UX for liputan6.com.Transitioning to the mobile industry with Jatis Mobile, I expanded my expertise in business and platforms accessible to everyone's fingertips, such as SMS, UMB, and SMS menus.Aligning with my true passion, I joined Aitindo, initially a Web Boutique, and merged with Magnivate to support Magnivate Engage. In 2010, we rebranded Aitindo as a Digital Agency. Serving esteemed clients like Combiphar, Mondelez, BCA, P&G, GSK, Tri, Darya Varia, McDonald’s, RWS, PZ Cussons, OLX Autos, Sosro, Sampoerna SRC, UnionPay, Mekari and Perfetti Van Melle, we cultivated a top-notch team with extensive digital knowledge. Our team grew from 5 to 80 members, expanding our service expertise into end-to-end digital solutions. My role is focusing in Digital investment, Business development, Client management, Project management, Creative initiative, branding for the company, building our dynamic team and initiating new roles such as account managers, strategists, producers, and UX designers, and overseeing the hiring process. This experience provided me with unique insights into building performing Team.Our achievements speak volumes, including multiple Social Media Awards from 2011 to 2016 and being honored as Campaign Asia's Independent Agency of the Year in 2015, 2016, 2018, and 2019. Additionally, in 2019, we clinched Indonesia’s Social Media Agency title from Marketing Interactive.
