Sulfindo Adiusaha = chemical/ petrochemical plant) for expansion/ modification/ maintenance facility as extension jetty (35.000 DWT to 55.000 DWT), sodium hypo structure, PVC silo structure, chlorine and hydrogen compress structure, cutting hill (rocky soil) 500. 000 M3 for next plant expansion.I was in charge construction for Padi Unggul Indonesia from idea up to operational, PUI is big rice milling (300 t/ day) at Ngawi distric - east Java province.I was success for reduce construction cost for unloading Jetty 8000 DWT $7 million), Jetty extension (35.000 to 55.000 DWT about $1 million) and about IDR 4 million for conveyor line and silo foundation

I was as QA/ QC engineer for "Menara Karya" high rise building project (4 for basement and 27 floor). I was responsibility for working procedure, chief internal quality control, and other engineering work. I have success lead for 5.000 m3 mass concrete, closed pit ex dewatering at basement (16 m), initiator for new size rebar check and other.

I was site manager for "CPT. Trubaindo Coal Mining/ Banpu" project . ATT consultant is construction management for TCM/ Banpu. PT. Mahir Jaya have engagement for contract " Coal Hauling Road" 20 Km, (12 m width/ 9 m for base layer), cut/ fill 1 million, 1 overpass bridge, 1 under pass tunnel, some steel corrugated culvert and other. and this road dedicated 150 ton coal lorry from mining stock pile to loading port.

1. I was as site engineer (quantity surveyor) for Belawan Combine Cycle Power Plant project 400 MW (1992 - 1994). Project engagement two contract (civil enabling and civil work). Civil enabling work consist of soil improvement at power block (install vertical drain, horizontal drain, surcharge fill, dewatering, install monitoring equipment and monitoring report), reclamation 2.5 Ha (700.000 m3)/ soil improvement , slope protection. Second contract is civil construction for power plant as piling, foundation, concrete/ steel, structure, cladding work, finishing work road and other facility.2. I was as chief site engineer for Samarinda Combine Cycle Power Plant project 60 MW (1994 - 1997). Project engagement two contract (civil enabling and civil work). Civil enabling work consist cut/fill 1.200.000 M3, soil improvement at no power block area (install vertical drain, horizontal drain, surcharge fill, dewatering, install monitoring equipment and monitoring report), reclamation 4.5 Ha (1.200.000 m3) and unloading fuel facility (jetty). Second contract is civil construction as piling, foundation, concrete/ steel, structure, cladding work, road and other facility.3. I was as chief site engineer for Cikarang Combine Cycle Power Plant (extension) for 5 month (1998)4. I was for Site Manager SMU Lokon Tomohon - Manado (1998 - 2003). This project is for Senior High School education facility complex. Project consist of class room, lab facility, office block, dormitory and supported facility (dining building, kitchen, linen, clinic, power house) housing complex, sport facility and others.
