Preparation of interim payment certificates for various consultants and contractors and submitting them on Aconex. 5. Preparing budget transfer request for new contracts and VOs. 6. Maintaining up to date track record of payment log, change log, claims log, contract log, and payments status of various consultants and contractors. 7. Effective coordination with the project team and ensuring timely deliverables by providing necessary advice and supports. 8. Evaluation of variations and claims. 9. Attending weekly commercial meeting with client and PMC. 10. Attending meetings with different stakeholders of the project time to time on various project related issues. 11. Tender analysis: preparing heat maps and analysing tender returns (all stages including BAFO & LAFO stages) in order to identify the potential bidders & tender award.
