Growth Team manages the flow of the users (to us, it's rides) like finance team manages the flow of money. The team however, is not solely responsible to scale these numbers; to grow authentically, it requires efforts from every teams in the company. Our real responsibility is to initiate growth, and formalised processes around features, products or tools that everyone in the company understands; towards growth. We exists as a horizontal layer across most or all parts of existing products and therefore has to have tremendous influence in the company.

- iOS and Android Developer

- Programmer: ActionScript 3.0 game and demo programmer, iOS application developer- Sound designer: Sound Model / Sound effect programmer, Package content supervisor- Evaluated dedicated to work with deep understanding of technology and creative streak

- Conducted research experiments on Sounds and the way of using it in Games- Consistently collaborated with Doctoral Candidates and Research Fellows on multiple research publication

- Supervised lab sessions for Flash CS4 and ActionScript 3.0- Conducted tutorial sessions for Human Computer Interaction- Finished the course with feedback from the lecturer: “decent and pleasant character, attitude and work ethics”, “conducted the tutorial sessions in a timely and effective, and enthusiastic manner”.

- Successfully completed the research project directed by the Singapore Principal Investigator Assoc. Prof. Lonce Wyse, NUS.- Designed and implemented interactive sound models in Java and building new tools for sound model design.
