Program Manager main work content:✅1. Preliminary technical communication. Fully understand customer product positioning, final functional and performance requirements. ✅2. Collect technical requirements and 2d & 3d drawings from customer. Send a summary to the mold design department and organize seminars to discuss technical projects.✅3. Send the design proposal to the customer, and discuss the feasibility, provide suggestions for construction modification to assist customers optimize the final die casting product.✅4. Customer's improved product design drawings send to the toolings design department, the die casting and machining department, finalize the mold design plan, high pressure die cast & low pressure casting design plan, and machining production process.✅5. The final mold design 3d drawings send to the customer.✅6. Notify the mold production department to prepare mold materials and schedule mold production plans after custom’s confirmation.✅7. Follow-up the manufacturing progress of molds, and sent mold production photos and videos weekly to customer.✅8. Take videos of the die casting department to try out the die cast mold.✅9. Send casting samples to customer, with inspection report.✅10. After samples approved, contact the die-cast department for mass production of die-casting products.✅11. According to the quality inspection report, contact the machining department to milling & turning the casting parts. QC report will be sent along with cargos. ✅12. Packing and shipping will be arranged after customer confirm the checking report. The certificate of origin (CO), invoice, packing list, inspection report and other documents will be submitted according to the customer's requirements.✅13. After-sales follow-up the delivery, to understand market feedback after customers receive cargoes. According to the customer's sales situation and the factory's manufacture plan, assist customers to make purchase plans in advance.
