I was responsible for the tactical and operational processes of the contemplative departments of ‘internal care’, ‘lung care’, ‘cardio care’ and ‘neurology’. As a manager to these clinics, I re- opened two departments and lead a startup of two new teams of nurses. My focus was on implementing a cultural change, fostering team spirit and further developing.

I was responsible for supporting the manager of the ambulant care unit, where my activities consisted out of strategy development (emphasis on ‘out of the box’-thinking) and risk analysis, writing proposals for policy and assisting in the change management activities. One of the project activities was for the implementation of a new internal logistics.
