This is achieved by installing a set of innovative decision making processes.

During an internship of 5 months, I evaluated a major European reorganization effort from an integral perspective, using Ken Wilber's four quadrants to document the learnings.

During an internship of 6 months, I helped initiate and sustain a cultural transformation effort for this business unit, using Integral Theory, Spiral Dynamics, World Café and Open Space Technology to design and facilitate the interventions.
