• Ensure smooth and efficient running of maintenance stores. • Maintaining equipment & building of Factory Shops • Maintain a high standard of discipline and adherence to company procedures and required safety standards. • Control the Issuing of spares and tools from the store to the relevant personnel. • Order new spares from the vendors. • Maintain an accurate level of critical spares and consumables. • Perform physical stock taking as per company procedure. • Perform physical cycle counting as per company procedure. • Receipt goods into stores. • Ensure relevant paper work is completed as required by accounts department. • Assist with projects, to ensure timeously completion of projects and updating of critical spares. • Obtain quotes for spares & Equipment needed. • Place purchase orders requisitions into Pregma. • Conduct quality control of spares received. • Verify delivery note with items received. • Return stock items to suppliers in accordance with company procedure when necessary. • Security of maintenance store • Keep the stores in a clean and tidy condition 5S. • Managing of fitters and planning of jobs • Managing of electricians and storeman • Planning maintenance of machines
